River Run Bancorp, MHC, the mutual holding company for Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Vickie Routhier to Chief Marketing Officer, effective April 1, 2025.
In this elevated role, Routhier leads the marketing strategy for all River Run entities, with a focus on strategic growth, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering innovative customer experiences across brands.
Since joining the organization in January 2024 in the position of Director of Marketing, Routhier has transformed the marketing function into a proactive, strategy-led department known for launching measurable, results-driven campaigns that directly support business objectives.
With decades of experience in marketing, public relations, and executive leadership, Routhier brings a thoughtful, data-informed approach to brand development. Under her leadership, the marketing team has fostered a culture of accountability, introduced performance metrics, and aligned creative efforts with tangible business outcomes across multiple brand portfolios.
