River Run Bancorp, MHC is pleased to announce the hiring of Holly Rutko to Senior Vice President, Senior Risk Manager. Holly brings 20 years of banking industry experience to River Run, having previously served as Vice President, Compliance Manager.
“Holly’s depth of knowledge in BSA, CRA, and compliance — combined with her two decades of hands-on experience — make her exceptionally well-suited for this leadership role,” said Meaghan Lally-McGurl, Executive Vice President, Chief Enterprise Risk Officer. “She is a trusted resource for our teams and a steady voice with our regulators and auditors. We are fortunate to have her leading this critical work.”
In her new role, Holly is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and compliance programs across the organization. She will serve as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders, providing guidance, training, and oversight to promote a strong culture of compliance.
"Strong compliance programs protect the bank, but more importantly, they protect the people we serve,” said Holly. “That's what drives the work."
Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Elms College and a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from New England School of Law. She resides in Rehoboth, MA, and outside of work, she enjoys traveling, music, and reading.
