River Run Bancorp, MHC has appointed Eric Poulin as Senior Vice President, Finance Director. Based at River Run’s Haverhill headquarters at 2 Merrimack Street, Poulin brings 16 years of financial services experience to the role. He joins River Run from Darling Consulting Group, where he served as Managing Director.
In his new role, Poulin will support the finance functions across River Run’s affiliated banks, providing strategic guidance and insight into balance sheet management. He will also focus on creating and streamlining processes to drive greater finance efficiency across the organization.
“Eric brings exactly the kind of strategic financial expertise and operational depth that River Run needs as we continue to grow and support our affiliated banks,” said Karl Denu. “His background in balance sheet management and his experience working with community banks position him well to make an immediate impact across our organization.”
Poulin earned an Associate’s Degree in Business from Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, where he graduated on the Dean’s List and was named an Academic All-American, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire.

Active in the arts community, Poulin serves as Treasurer of 3S Artspace in Portsmouth, NH. He resides in Dover, NH, with his wife Emily and their three pets, Wendy, Cosmo, and Max.
