RIVER RUN SOFTWARE GROUP WINS CONNECTICUT INNOVATION PRIZE

The CIP award, initiated by the Connecticut Quality Improvement Award (CQIA) Partnership, is designed to recognize companies whose focus on quality is an integral component of their success.

River Run received this prestigious award for the development and implementation of mobile computing software used by Sears in the world’s largest field deployment. Sears’ field service technicians utilize innovative River Run software to receive dispatched work orders; access customer account information, technical details and parts availability; and open and close service calls.
